A morning practice tracker for the practice you actually return to.
Win at Dawn gives your morning a simple structure: a short list, a real record, and a rule that a missed day does not erase the work before it. No account, no course, no performance.
Free. No account. Your practice data stays on your device.
Questions
What counts as a morning practice?
Anything you deliberately return to before the day takes over: silence, breath, movement, reading, writing, water, light planning. The app does not prescribe the content; it gives the practice a shape and a record.
How long should a morning practice be?
Short enough that you will do it on a bad morning. Five minutes of silence, ten minutes of movement, and one written intention is a complete practice in Win at Dawn. You can set longer timers when you have the room.
Can I change the practice later?
Yes. Rename, retype, reorder, add, or remove any practice from Settings. Changing the list can change how earlier mornings are scored, and the app warns you before you save.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no signup and no email required. The practice lives in local storage on your device, and you can export it to a file for backup or to move browsers.
Is this a meditation app?
No. It is a tracker for whatever morning practice you choose, including but not limited to meditation. There are no guided sessions, courses, or streaks you can buy.
